| Calagasan and Colawin are two mountain barangays located at the so-called "Vegetable Highway" in southern Cebu. Both barangays have no landline and cell signal. The school in Calangasan had even no computers yet. We installed a computer lab in Calagasan with 6 computers and networked the computer laboratory in Colawin HS.
