Hinunangan is located in the south eastern part of Leyte. The people of Hinunangan have to travel 100 km to the next internet cafe. Our objetives is to connect the 4 high schools and the university to the internet. All 5 labs will open its service to the public to run the labs as internet cafe to generate money and sustain the project.

| Hinunangan has already put a committee in place, which takes care of the sustainability of the project. The interesting setup in Hinunangan is, that all 5 schools will work together in 1 committee to generate the money for the flat rate for all 5 schools together. |
